Breastfeeding isn't always easy to begin with and it’s natural to feel a little anxious. (A bit of worry is also a sign you’re being a good mum!)

If you are finding breastfeeding difficult or if you are thinking about giving up, do speak to a health professional first, as it is not easy to go back once you have made the change.

Help is always available from your midwife, health visitor or breastfeeding counsellor; alternatively you may like to get in touch with one of these useful contacts:
