HiPP Organic is a market leader in baby foods in the UK
with our head office in Newbury, Berkshire. As part of our
continued growth we are looking for three new
members to join our highly effective team.
 Sales Development Manager
You will report to the UK Manager, as a key member of the
sales and marketing team. Your work will cover a combination
of smaller/development national accounts and special project
responsibilities on the core baby food and milk business,
plus sole national account responsibility for a major new
launch.
You will have a degree or equivalent, with five years minimum
successful experience within National Accounts with a major
company, preferably in a relevant category.
Assistant Brand Manager – HiPP Organic
Milks
You will report to the Category Manager and work on the
HiPP baby milk range including advertising and marketing;
understanding consumer needs and market trends and identifying
areas for innovation / competitive advantage; new product
development; market & sales analysis and packaging design.
You will be educated to degree level, in business or biological
sciences, and have at least 2 years marketing experience
preferably in infant milks or in a similar sensitive/ medical
market area.
You will also be numerate and be able to analyse market data,
(e.g. AC Nielsen, IRI,TNS).
Logistics Manager
You will work alongside the customer service controller,
to provide support for the company’s logistics operations.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring cost and performance
of current 3rd party supplier; stock control, and responsibility
for pallet hire system
You will be educated to graduate level or equivalent and
have at least five years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
or similar area, preferably within an FMCG environment. A
professional qualification, (e.g. Chartered Institute of
Logistics and Transport), would be an added advantage.
