Squiggly Spaghetti with Tasty Tomato & Mozzarella Sauce

A combination of spaghetti and mixed vegetables in a tomato and mozzarella sauce.


Ingredients

Vegetables* 59% (tomatoes* 40%, courgettes*, carrots*, celeriac*, onions*), spaghetti* cooked (water, durum wheat semolina*, egg white*, egg*) 26%, mozzarella* (from cow’s milk) 7%, rice flour*, tomato paste*, sunflower oil*, spices* (parsley*, basil*, oregano*, garlic*, pepper*), rice starch*, antioxidant (ascorbic acid, tocopherol-rich extract).   *Organic   For allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in bold.

Introduce your baby to a wide variety of vegetables and fruits during weaning. They will help contribute to a healthy balanced diet, providing essential vitamins and minerals. As weaning progresses, you should aim to provide at least 5 different vegetables and fruits a day. Portion sizes will be smaller than those recommended for adults in the ‘5 a day’ campaign, but as a guide a toddler will probably have around 40g as a portion.
