Got a question about your subscription? Here you'll find answers to common queries about our monthly subscription service — from setting up your plan and choosing delivery dates to managing, skipping or cancelling your subscription.
How can we help?
Simply visit the product page of your chosen formula milk and select the 'Monthly subscription' option before adding it to your basket. You’ll then be able to choose your preferred delivery schedule and create a BabyClub account at checkout to manage your subscription.
You can manage your subscription easily through your HiPP BabyClub account. With just a few clicks, you can update your delivery schedule, change products, or edit payment and shipping details.
Yes! We understand plans can change, so you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account and make the changes you need — no hassle, no fuss.
You’ll be billed just before each order is processed and shipped. We'll always send you an email reminder a few days before, so there are no surprises.
Yes, you’ll need to create an account to manage your subscription. It’s quick to set up and makes it easy to track and adjust your orders.

To update your payment method, log in to your account and go to the ‘Subscriptions’ section. From there, you can add a new payment method or edit your existing one. If you need help, our customer service team is happy to assist at hello@hipp.co.uk.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and heading to the ‘Subscriptions’ section. Just select the subscription you'd like to cancel and follow the steps. If you need a hand, our customer service team is here to help at hello@hipp.co.uk.
To update your delivery address, log in to your account and go to the ‘Subscriptions’ section. Select the subscription you want to update, then edit your shipping details. Make sure to do this before your next billing date to ensure your order goes to the right place.
If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel your subscription delivery or alter the date by logging into your HiPP BabyClub account. Just click on the 'Subscription' tab.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel subscription orders that have already been processed. However, you can change, cancel or skip a month any time before your next order is scheduled to process. Visit your BabyClub account at any time to change the quantity, cancel or skip a month. Just click on the 'Subscription' tab. You can view your next delivery date in your account. Subscriptions are delivered monthly. You can choose which day of the month you'd like your order to arrive, and update this anytime to suit your routine.
Yes, you can update your chosen delivery date at any time in your subscription settings. Just pick the day of the month that works best for you.
Yes — you can add, remove, or swap the formula milk powder products in your subscription at any time by logging into your account and updating your subscription preferences.
