Delivery Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth as possible. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders, from delivery areas and timings to costs and our subscription service.

Please note: our delivery policy only covers orders we send directly to a UK home address. We can’t deliver outside the UK or to parcel-forwarding services, which means we’re unable to help with complaints, exchanges or refunds for products that have been forwarded overseas.

Delivery locations

HiPP Organic’s online shop delivers within the UK only, covering:

England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man

Please note we cannot deliver to:

British Forces Post Office addresses
Storage units
Shipping companies
Addresses outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland

Delivery schedule

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm.
While our delivery partners may occasionally deliver on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed.

Order cut-off times:

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

For Scottish Highlands, offshore areas, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, please allow 2–5 working days.

Next-day delivery: fulfilled by DPD

Missed deliveries

If you’re unavailable when your delivery arrives:

DPD will contact you via email or text to reschedule.
Evri will make up to two further delivery attempts on consecutive working days. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.

Formula milk subscription service

Our subscription service is available for formula milk powder only. It offers regular, convenient deliveries with free shipping every month.

One delivery per month with the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery date.
Manage your subscription easily – you can adjust your delivery date, skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime through your account, provided changes are made before your next processing date.
Free delivery on all subscription orders.

Please note: subscription services are currently only available to UK addresses (excluding the Republic of Ireland).
