As a fourth-generation family-run business, HiPP brings together over 125 years of experience in caring for babies and more than 65 years in organic farming. This deep heritage shapes everything we do, but we don’t just rely on experience. Infant nutrition & breast milk science - With over 60 years of experience in formula development, the HiPP Breast Milk Research Group studies the components of breast milk and their benefits for baby health. Working with international experts, our team uses these insights to continuously improve our formula milks.
Sustainable farming & packaging innovation - We collaborate with scientists and universities to develop low-impact farming practices and improve packaging recyclability helping protect nature for future generations.
Biodiversity & pollinator protection - Our pioneering insect DNA study revealed that organic fields support significantly more species, guiding how we protect biodiversity and support pollinators on HiPP farms.
