Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your HiPP Organic order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy sets out how you can return products purchased from our online shop.

Returning an item

If your items have already been shipped, we’re happy to refund the cost of unwanted products, provided that:

  • Items are returned in their original, unopened condition.
  • Returns are made within 14 days of delivery.
  • If you ordered a case of products (e.g., 6 jars, 4 boxes of formula, 8 bottles of ready-to-feed milk, or 5 tray meals), the entire case must be returned for a refund.

Please note: you are responsible for covering the cost of returning any unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as HiPP Organic is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to arrange a return

To return your items, please:

  1. Contact hippshop@promotionalhandling.co.uk to notify us of your return – providing your order number, name, address and contact info – and confirm the correct return address.
  2. Package your items securely, ensuring all products are unopened and in their original condition.
  3. Send your return using a tracked postal service to ensure it arrives safely, as HiPP Organic is not liable for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, your refund will be processed within 28 days.

Items we cannot accept for return

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Items that have been opened or damaged after delivery.
  • Perishable items that are close to their expiry date at the time of return.
  • Partially returned cases — all items in the case must be returned unopened for a refund to be issued.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hippshop@promotionalhandling.co.uk as soon as possible. We may request photos of the damage to help resolve your issue promptly. We will refund both the product(s) and the delivery cost if we’ve made an error.

In-store exchanges

Please note that products purchased on our website cannot be exchanged or returned in stores.
