Is the BabyClub free to join?

Yes! Our BabyClub is completely free for parents to join.

How do I sign up for the BabyClub?

My confirmation link didn't arrive. What should I do?

It may take a few minutes for the activation link to be sent. If you don't find the link in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. You can use the forgotten password function to have the link sent to you again.

My verification link isn't working. What should I do?

If your confirmation link does not work, your registration may still have been successful. Feel free to try it out and log in with the data in your profile. Still didn't work? Please contact us.

My email address has already been taken.

In this case, you are already a member of our HiPP BabyClub.  You can set a new password under the “Forgot your password/username?” link.

I forgot my login data. My login details aren't working.

You can log in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. When entering your login data, make sure not to copy any spaces.

My child is now a toddler. Can I still sign up for the HiPP BabyClub?

Of course. Our BabyClub offers great advice for parents of toddlers, including weaning advice, development milestones and more.

Why do you need my child's name and birth details?

We collect your child’s name and birth details to be able to send you personalised communications. Telling us your baby’s age helps us to send you handy tips, offers and more which are just right for every stage of your journey.

How can I change my email address?

Please log in to the HiPP BabyClub and go to "My profile". 

How can I change my username?

Please contact us here.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your BabyClub account, click “My profile” and then “Change password”.

Can I add another child to my BabyClub account?

Absolutely! Log in to your BabyClub account, click “My profile” then “My children”. Here, you can add another child. 

Can I update my baby's due date/birth date?

Of course. Log in to your BabyClub account, click “My profile” then “My children”. Here you can edit your child’s details.

How do I unsubscribe from the HiPP BabyClub emails?

To unsubscribe from the HiPP BabyClub, click on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the last email you received from us. Alternatively, please contact us here.

Who is the HiPP BabyClub for?

The HiPP BabyClub is there for all parents, offering advice and support throughout pregnancy to toddlerhood. We share information on breastfeeding, recognising that breast milk provides the best nutrition for babies, as well as sharing factual product information on our HiPP range.

Why should I join HiPP's BabyClub and what will I receive?

As part of the BabyClub, we provide personalised advice from our team of experts, including a midwife, nutritionist, sleep expert, pelvic health physiotherapist, relationship therapist, finance coach and dermatologist. BabyClub members also get access to a variety of other benefits, including competitions, opportunities to test HiPP products, exclusive discounts from our BabyClub partners and more.

We send a monthly newsletter to anyone that signs up to be part of our community and they can, of course, opt out at any time. The BabyClub emails do not include any promotional information on formula milk, other than offering bottle feeding advice, alongside breastfeeding and combination feeding advice. 

How I enter the BabyClub competitions?

Simply log in to your BabyClub account and click on ‘Competitions’. Select the competition you want to enter and click the ‘Confirm’ button. By clicking the button it will automatically enter you, as it uses the email address associated with your BabyClub account.

How do you choose the BabyClub Partners?

We partner with a variety of brands that can offer support and expertise to our members through their journey. All brands are handpicked to ensure they align with our mission and values, with a focus on high-quality products and sustainability. We’re always open to feedback and partner suggestions, so if you have any please do get in contact with us.

I want to become a HiPP product tester. How do I do this?

Throughout the year, we contact BabyClub members via email to test selected products and in return, we ask you to complete a survey. BabyClub members are selected based on the age of their child to ensure the products are suitable. Ensure your child/children’s date of birth is accurate, and we’ll send you an email as/when we have opportunities. 

Is this 10% discount off everything?

No, the 10% discount code is exclusive for BabyClub members and can be used on our online shop and excludes our First Infant, Anti-Reflux and Comfort Formula Milk.
