Week 28

You're now officially in your third trimester – congratulations! Have you started thinking about names yet?

Week 29

You might be feeling a bit uncomfortable, as there's less and less room inside thanks to your growing baby! There's also a lot of brain growth going on right now, so it's important to keep your diet healthy; we'll give you the inside scoop on what you need in your diet now.

Week 30

Your baby's skin is beginning to develop a protective coating called vernix, which protects and helps keep it from becoming waterlogged in the womb. You might start to notice brief “practice” contractions, where your belly tightens up for a short time.

Week 31

Feeling a bit of heartburn these days? As your baby gets bigger, some things become less comfortable. Here are some hints on dealing with your ever-expanding bump!

Week 32

If you find you're getting breathless & tired more easily at this stage, don't worry. This is normal – after all, you're carrying around a lot more weight than you used to! As your bump gets bigger, your centre of gravity shifts, too, which can make you feel a bit unsteady on your feet.

Week 33

Your baby's head might be starting to move down into your pelvis, which is a good sign – and it gives you more space to breathe! You might need to eat little and often these days due to heartburn, but don't forget to keep it healthy! We've got insider tips on how to pick the healthiest meals, even if you're having a takeaway.

Week 34

By now, you're probably wondering what your labour will be like! Have you packed your bags yet, ready for the birth? We've got a handy downloadable checklist to help make sure you don't forget anything important.

Week 35

Week 37

Your baby is practicing important things like blinking, breathing, swallowing and grasping – and you're probably practicing your relaxation breathing! Not long to go now...

Week 38
