Pancakes - 7 months onwards

Ingredients

(to make 4 small pancakes)

- 1 egg

- 25g any HiPP porridge

- 3 tbsp water

- Oil to coat pan

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, use a spoon to dollop the mixture into a hot frying pan and use the back of a spoon to thin the mixture out
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until light and fluffy
  3. Cut into small bite-sized portions for your baby and check the temperature of the pancake before feeding
