Helping your baby to sleep well

Sleep is the holy grail to any new parent! Right now, it might seem as if you'll never have a full night's sleep again, but hang in there - once you establish a good routine, you'll get that rest you're longing for.

It may seem a long way away at the moment, but trust us - the day will come when both you and your baby can sleep through the night peacefully.

The key to achieving this milestone is to help your baby learn good sleeping habits early on. Sleeping is a skill, like any other, and gently showing your baby how bedtime works will lay the foundation for more advanced skills, like self-soothing and resettling when they wake.

To help you, we’ve put together lots of helpful tips on establishing a sleep routine – plus, we created a handy (and free!) downloadable sleep chart to help you work out your baby’s own natural sleep pattern.
