About the origin
Broccoli thrives in temperate climates with sufficient rainfall. It is very sensitive to heat and may even stop forming florets. Our HiPP Organic broccoli grows in Germany and in Poland where we can find good soil and ideal weather conditions with a constant breeze, which keeps harmful insects from infesting the plants. In summer, as soon as the head has reached its full size but before the individual buds have blossomed, it is time to harvest.
