About the variety

With a lot of patience and in a natural way, HiPP has developed a new carrot variety. It is called Dulcis and is big and rich in taste making processing them very sustainable as they only produce a minimal amount of waste. The scraps are fed to the farm animals. Besides the Dulcis, HiPP also cultivates other varieties of carrots. One of them is particularly interesting: the white carrot. It is very mild in taste and is ideal for the transition to weaning food .
