About the variety

In our cereal products, we use varieties such as Belgrano and Luigi. They are processed into organic cornmeal or organic polenta. In our savoury jars, we use sweetcorn varieties such as Merkur or Royality.

Corn is gluten-free and is therefore a good alternative to other cereals such as wheat, rye, oat, barley, spelt or green spelt.
