About the origin
HiPP Organic parsnips need a temperate climate to grow well. They only thrive in healthy soils that are deep and where different agricultural products have been growing in previous years. These growing conditions can be found right on our doorstep: in Germany. Well into November when other fields have already been harvested, the parsnip is still left to grow. Towards the end of the year, it gains a substantial amount of weight.
