Cook from ambient, do not cook in a conventional oven.

Microwave (800W): Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film several times. Heat for 1 minute (cooking time may vary depending on the power of your microwave). Remove film lid.

Hob: Boil some water in a saucepan. Take the saucepan off the heat, remove the cardboard sleeve from the tray meal, then place the sealed tray in the hot water for 4-5 minutes.

Stir well to ensure there aren’t any hot spots. Spoon into a bowl or serve directly from the tray. Always check the temperature before serving. Take care not to overheat. Never reheat toddler foods.

Before opening, simply store at room temperature – no need to keep it in the fridge.
Once opened, you can store the unheated food in the fridge (in a covered dish) for up to 24 hours.
If feeding direct from the tray, or once heated, any remaining food at the end of the meal must be discarded.

Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced weaning diet.

FAQs

Yes, all of our toddler meals are designed to meet the specific nutritional needs of growing children and can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

Yes, rice is an excellent addition to a toddler’s diet. From the age of one, toddlers should consume around five portions of starchy foods, such as rice, per day as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Starchy foods provide essential energy, vitamins, minerals, and fibre to support their growth and development. Including a variety of grains, such as rice, pasta, and whole grains, can help introduce different textures and nutrients.

Before opening, our Paella meal should be stored at room temperature—there is no need to keep it in the fridge. Once opened, if the food has been decanted from the tray, any leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. If feeding directly from the tray, any remaining food must be discarded.

We recommend warming all of our savoury meals, as warm food tends to be tastier. However, if you prefer or if your baby enjoys it at room temperature, it can still be served without warming. The meal can be fed directly from the heart-shaped tray or decanted into a bowl, whichever works best for you and your little one. If feeding directly from the tray, any leftover food must be discarded.

Our Paella meal is designed as a single serving for a toddler aged 12 months and over. However, toddler appetites vary, so it may not always be one serving for every child. If you think your toddler may not finish a full portion, we recommend decanting some of the food into a bowl for feeding. You can always add more as needed. This way, any leftover food in the tray can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours after opening. If feeding directly from the tray, any leftover food must be discarded.
