About the variety

There are over 30,000 different apple varieties worldwide. For our purees, we at HiPP use amongst others, Golden Delicious, Morgenduft, Jonagold, Gala and Florina. All varieties are subject to strict controls from the first blossom to when they are processed. The fruits are given enough time to mature, are particularly mild in taste, and low in acidity.
