Costa Rica

Costa Rica covers large areas of Central America. It borders in the west on the Pacific and in the east on the Caribbean Sea. The country is characterised by lowlands at the coasts and mountains in the heartlands. The climate in Costa Rica is tropical with small temperature fluctuations during the year, but with a dry season and a rainy season. One exception is the lowland area of the Caribbean coast: here it rains all year round. This leads to a great density of evergreen tropical rainforests. These have a breathtaking diversity of fauna. And it’s exactly in these forests where the HiPP Organic bananas grow.
