About the variety
Peaches are stone fruits, as the fruit contains a woody stone which encloses the kernel. Depending on the variety, the flesh of the peach can be white, yellow or red. In our HiPP Organic products we like to use varieties with a yellow flesh, such as the Babygold variety.
