Czech Republic

The Czech Republic lies in Central Europe and is divided into two halves: in the west is Bohemia with the Bohemian basin in the centre, surrounded by forests and mountains. In the east is Moravia with the Moravian basin in the centre. The Czech Republic has a second name: “The roof of Europe”. This is because no rivers run into the country, they all run out, so this is also where the Elbe springs from, for example. The mountains protect the Czech Republic against the cold. This is why the climate in the east is temperate continental and mild in the west. The country therefore offers optimal conditions for growing HiPP Organic carrots and HiPP Organic potatoes.
