Mexico

Mexico extends from the south of North America to the north of Central America. More than half of the country lies 1,500 m above sea level. Due to the country’s large expanse and the considerable differences in altitudes, the climate varies greatly in the country’s different regions. The north is subtropical with dry and hot summers and mild winters. The south, on the other hand, is humid and warm all year round. This is where HiPP has found the ideal conditions for cultivating their organic rice.
