About the origin

Our HiPP Organic corn is cultivated in Germany, Austria, Italy and Romania. Because, similar to millet, corn also loves the heat, but it also needs a good water supply during flowering time. Our HiPP Organic farmers prefer areas exposed to wind in order to ensure the quicker drying of the crops. Our corn is only transported and processed as needed. Until then, organic corn is stored locally. Organic sweetcorn for our jars, however, is processed immediately after harvesting.
